It is with great pleasure that we announce the 12th Queen City Music Fest (QCMF) on April 30, 2022.  The Queen City Music Fest is a quality evaluation program with an informal spirit that provides feedback and encouragement for young musicians.  The Queen City Music Fest is open to all Piano students from Kindergarten to 12th Grade.

Adjudicator preparation will ensure consistent scoring on student performances. The registration deadline is March 30, 2022.

Evaluation Process

The adjudication will be based on a 5-Star System and students will receive thorough, educational, informative, meaningful, and constructive feedback.  5 Stars will be awarded to an outstanding performance that exemplifies thorough preparation.   Subsequent stars will be based on areas needing improvement.   A cumulative stars program is in effect and awards will be given at various star levels.
